Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. What this service is

This is a private, self-hosted installation of Postiz, an open-source social media scheduling tool. It is operated by a single individual for the sole purpose of scheduling and publishing that individual's own content to their own connected social media accounts.

2. Who may use it

This installation is not a public service. It is not offered to, marketed to, or available for registration by third parties. Only the operator holds an account. No other person is invited or permitted to use it.

3. Connected accounts

The operator connects their own social media accounts (such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram) using each platform's official authorisation flow. Access tokens are stored on the operator's own machine and are used only to publish content that the operator has scheduled. No third party's account is ever connected or accessed.

4. Content

All content published through this installation is created or supplied by the operator, who is solely responsible for it and for complying with the terms and community guidelines of each destination platform.

5. Availability and warranty

This installation runs on personal hardware and may be unavailable at any time. It is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Postiz itself is third-party open-source software; see its own licence for terms.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The revision date above reflects the current version.
