What we do:
Spectrum Genius, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, incorporated in Georgia and authorized to do business in Michigan. We are dedicated to empowering individuals with autism through job training, inclusive employment, and community-based programs.
Our flagship initiative, the Autism Empowerment Car Wash, provides real-world vocational experience, builds confidence, and raises community awareness about the strengths and abilities of individuals on the spectrum.
What we need:
To launch and expand our Autism Empowerment Car Wash, we need in-kind and financial support Including:
- Car Wash Equipment, Tools, Supplies;
 - A Physical Location or Shared Space;
 - Snacks, beverages, and basic resources for workers;
 - Volunteer Support for Community Engagement and Events;
 
How Donations Work:
Every donation directly supports autism empowerment through:
- Job opportunities and training for individuals with autism;
 - Expansion of inclusive community programs;
 - Resources for families and outreach initiatives;
 - Long-Term sustainability of our programs and growth to new sites;

Your donation helps empower autistic youth with real-world skills. Every dollar goes toward suplies, events, and oppertunities for young adults to learn, grow, and shine.

Autism Empowerment Car Wash (Vocational Training) – 40%
Covers training materials, uniforms, equipment, and stipends for participants. Provides one of the nation’s few inclusive job training programs where autistic individuals work directly with the community.

Financial Literacy & Life Skills Program – 25%
Inspired by Londyn Richie’s legacy, these workshops teach budgeting, credit building, and money management. Donations support printed guides, online modules, guest speakers, and small-group sessions for individuals and their families.

Family & Caregiver Support – 15%
Resources, coaching, and workshops to guide parents through post-school transitions. Provides access to online support groups, mentorship, and practical tools for navigating adulthood with autism.

Community Integration & Awareness Events – 10%
Car wash fundraisers, outreach days, and public events where individuals with autism are front and center. Builds inclusion by showing the community what autistic individuals can achieve.

Future Expansion & Facilities – 10%
Supports the vision of creating a Recreation & Training Center as Spectrumgenius grows. Helps lay the foundation for multi-state expansion into Michigan, Virginia, New York, and beyond.
